L\u2019ach\u00e8vement du programme de formation pratique et de l\u2019\u00e9valuation prescrits par ces organismes garantissent que les pharmaciens dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger ont de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans un contexte de soins aux patients et qu\u2019ils r\u00e9pondent aux normes nationales de comp\u00e9tence du niveau d\u00e9butant. Chaque province a ses propres exigences quant au nombre d\u2019heures de formation pratique structur\u00e9e et d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les candidats qui souhaitent obtenir un permis d\u2019exercice en Colombie-Britannique doivent suivre la <a href=\"https:\/\/pharmsci.ubc.ca\/programs\/continuing-pharmacy-professional-development\/canadian-pharmacy-practice-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">formation professionnelle continue en pharmacie (CP3)<\/a> offerte \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Colombie-Britannique de Vancouver. Les 12&nbsp;premi\u00e8res semaines de cette formation d\u2019appoint se d\u00e9roulent en classe et sont suivies d\u2019un stage de 12,5&nbsp;semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les candidats qui souhaitent obtenir un permis d\u2019exercice en Ontario doivent d\u00e9montrer qu\u2019ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 exercer la profession de pharmacien en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de fa\u00e7on ind\u00e9pendante en r\u00e9ussissant l\u2019<a aria-label=\"examen d\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles lors de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en pratique (PACE) (opens in a new tab)\" class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ocpinfo.com\/registration\/registration-requirements\/pace-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">examen d\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles lors de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en pratique (PACE)<\/a>.
